Independent, licensed in Utah

An independent agent for Utah

Utah residents buy coverage in different ways: through the marketplace, through a private PPO, or through an employer. We're an independent agency based in Sunrise, Florida, and we're licensed in Utah, so we compare plans from more than one carrier and enroll you directly. Everything happens by phone, video and email, so you don't need to be near us.

We work with people in Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden and St. George and across the rest of the state.

Self-employed professionals

Freelancers, contractors and owners without an employer plan.

Small business owners

Individual or group options for owners and employees.

Families

Household coverage with the doctors you already use.

How coverage works in Utah

Marketplace, Medicaid and private plans in Utah

Utah uses the federal marketplace at HealthCare.gov. We can compare those plans with private plans and help you enroll in whichever one fits.

Utah has expanded Medicaid to more adults, so people with lower incomes may qualify for Medicaid instead of a marketplace plan. If your income is above that range, marketplace and private plans are the main choices.

Open enrollment for 2027 coverage starts November 1. End dates differ by marketplace, so we confirm yours when we talk. Losing a job or other coverage can also open a special enrollment window outside that period. Rules change from year to year, so we confirm the current details for you.

Two main options

Marketplace or private PPO?

Most people choose between two kinds of plans. They work differently, and we compare both with your real numbers.

ACA Marketplace plans

Accept everyone regardless of health history, cover a standard set of benefits, and can come with premium help that depends on your income.

Private PPO plans

Often have broader doctor networks and some options with no deductible. They ask health questions and can limit or exclude coverage. Some aren't ACA-compliant, so we go through exactly what's covered.

Check before you enroll

Doctors and hospitals in Utah

Utah has large systems such as Intermountain Health and University of Utah Health. Which ones a plan includes depends on the plan and the county, not just the state, so we check your doctors and hospitals against each plan's network before you enroll.

Not sure how to check? Here's how to confirm your doctor is in network.
