Featured private plans are medically underwritten non-ACA major medical — eligibility and rates depend on your health history, and major pre-existing conditions generally aren't covered. They don't include every Essential Health Benefit: substance use disorder treatment isn't covered, and benefits like maternity and mental health vary by plan. These plans aren't a substitute for ACA Marketplace coverage; ask us about Marketplace options if you need guaranteed-issue or comprehensive coverage.
